Denholtz cites O’Brien Realty as the sales director for a new collection of 16 custom designed detached homes at Sandy Hook Bay in Atlantic Highlands.
The nearby Red Bank-based developer said they already have four sales at what is known as Blunt Point, just west of Avenue D and north of Center Avenue. Currently, we are working with O’Brien Realty to sell the remaining stock and promote Monmouth County’s rich amenities and Nantucket-style living opportunities.
Denholtz is expected to complete construction later this year.
“O’Brien Realty’s trust, loyalty and dedication to the outcome of its delivery will make Brant Point the perfect partner,” said Steven Denholtz, chairman of Denholtz. “Blunt Point represents years of hard work and vision and is thrilled to be welcoming future residents to experience a unique blend of coastal charm and contemporary luxury.”
O’Brien Realty, founded in 2013, has nearly 200 agents in six locations in Monmouth County, according to a news release. Denholtz said the company’s experts will guide future buyers through every stage of the home buying process, from initial tours to customization and closures.
Each Brant Point home boasts modern design from the Spiezle Architectural Group, built by Red Bank-based luxury home builder Lead Dog Custom Homes. Offering floor plans ranging from 2,601 to 3,473 square feet, the 16 detached homes have four bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and multiple outdoor spaces, allowing buyers to personalize their residence with options such as a pool, outdoor kitchen and elevators.
With views of Sandy Hook Bay and the New York City skyline, the 7-acre property offers connectivity to New York City, less than a mile from the Seastreak Ferry Terminal. Meanwhile, residents are just a short drive from Route 35 and Garden State Park.
“Blunt Point offers the ideal lifestyle for a wide range of buyers, from empty Nestors looking for a less-maintained coastal retreat to young families looking for a vibrant community called to their homes,” said Kelly O’Brien of O’Brien Realty. “We are excited to partner with Reed Dog, Spyzelle’s Denholz to bring a truly extraordinary residential experience to the market.”
