Dart announced the acquisition of Zemi Beach House Anguilla, further strengthening its growing portfolio of luxury hotels. Owned and operated by New York’s Goldstein family since opening in 2016, this boutique resort is located on six secluded beachfront acres along Shoal Bay on Anguilla’s north coast. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, Zemi Beach House features 77 guest rooms and a wide range of amenities.
“Anguilla shares the characteristics that first attracted Ken Dart to the Cayman Islands in the 1990s, and Zemi Beach House is emblematic of the luxury tourism market that has established Anguilla’s strong position.” Chief Executive Officer Mark Vandevelde said. “We look forward to building on the legacy of the same family-owned investment firm and further contributing to the prosperity of Anguilla communities.”
Dart’s collection of hospitality properties continues to grow, with an emphasis on luxury. This includes a vast 1,100 properties, including the Forbes Travel Guide 5-star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa (Grand Cayman), and Conrad Orlando at Evermore. The acquisition was celebrated with a reception at the resort, attended by Dart executives, members of the Goldstein family, Zemi Beach House executives, and guests from the Anguilla government.

Since acquiring Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in 2022, Dart has demonstrated its commitment to community development. This includes the creation of the Landsome Bowl Cultural Center, a communal space for all Anguillas, which officially opened in July 2024. Additionally, Four Seasons Anguilla staff participated in hospitality training exchanges with other Dart properties in the Cayman Islands. Dart continues to explore avenues for community development and resiliency efforts through the Kenneth B. Dart Foundation.
