Dart expands luxury portfolio with acquisition of Zemi Beach House Anguilla

Dart announced the acquisition of Zemi Beach House Anguilla, further strengthening its growing portfolio of luxury hotels. Owned and operated by New York’s Goldstein family since opening in 2016, this boutique resort is located on six secluded beachfront acres along Shoal Bay on Anguilla’s north coast. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, Zemi Beach House features 77 guest rooms and a wide range of amenities.

Dart’s collection of hospitality properties continues to grow, with an emphasis on luxury. The acquisition was celebrated with a reception at the resort, attended by Dart executives, members of the Goldstein family, Zemi Beach House executives, and guests from the Anguilla government.

Since acquiring Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in 2022, Dart has demonstrated its commitment to community development. This includes the creation of the Landsome Bowl Cultural Center, a communal space for all Anguillas, which officially opened in July 2024. Additionally, Four Seasons Anguilla staff participated in hospitality training exchanges with other Dart properties in the Cayman Islands.
