Philadelphia beat Baltimore 24-19 on Sunday to improve to 10-2 on the season, but then more good news arrived regarding injuries.
Dallas Goedert was forced out with a knee injury late in the Week 13 win, and the Inquirer’s Jeff McClain reported that Eagles leadership believed the star tight end avoided serious injury.
Goedert had three catches for 35 yards (11.7 average) and one touchdown on the afternoon, bringing his season totals to 38 receptions, 441 yards (11.6 average) and two touchdowns. Philadelphia is scheduled to begin preparations for the game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, and Goedert could be held out for Week 15’s big game against the Steelers.
