Circa Resort & Casino will add 106 new luxury guest rooms to its existing 458-foot-tall hotel tower in downtown Las Vegas. Resort officials announced some latest changes to the rooms last Wednesday.
Circa Resort & Casino plans to increase total room inventory by 20%, increasing maximum capacity to 618 rooms
Circa Resort & Casino said the additional rooms will increase the total number of rooms by 20% to 618 rooms. The casino resort spent $22 million in renovations to complete the previously unused open floor.
New additions include:
4 sunset panoramic suites. It measures 1,187 square feet and features a king bed, living room with wet bar, mini-fridge, dining table, and built-in bed. The 72 single king rooms (439 square feet) feature king-sized beds, sofas, and small refrigerators. 24 double king rooms. Features two king beds, sofa, and small refrigerator. 4 single king premium rooms. Located at the end of the hallway, the two single rooms are linked together for a total of three king beds.
“Circa continues to sell out every Friday and Saturday, which was the ultimate driver for our decision to expand our room inventory,” CEO Derek Stevens said in a press release.
“When we built Circa, we intentionally left some unfinished space so we could analyze demand over time. … (We also) can decide what types of rooms to add based on popularity and need. We listened to guest feedback and decided to expand on our two most requested room types: Panoramic Sunset Suite and Single King.”
Circa’s ceilings are higher than most Las Vegas hotel rooms to accommodate taller guests.
Circa CEO Derek Stevens recently told Travel + Leisure that Circa’s ceilings are several inches higher than most hotel rooms in the city, and the shower head moves up for taller guests. He said he is trying to make it possible.
“People are much taller than they were 50 years ago,” Stevens said. “When we opened our doors four years ago, we always knew there would be great demand for quality hotel rooms in Downtown Las Vegas.
“We’ve been sold out virtually every weekend for the past four years, so the demand is there. There’s a lot of people who really enjoy the energy that downtown gives us.”
Circa’s casino also offers classic table games such as blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, and three-card poker. Stadium-style electronic table games are also available.
