Cinco’s Cantina concludes month-long fundraiser, raising $4,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
DOVER — Cinco’s Cantina, a family-owned restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere and commitment to the community, announced the successful conclusion of a month-long fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Throughout the month of November, Cinco’s Cantina’s three locations came together to support St. Jude’s lifesaving efforts, donating $4,000 to advance childhood cancer research and treatment.
The fundraiser will be propelled by the restaurant’s popular “Fiesta Fundraiser” night, where 20 percent of sales from all three locations will go to St. Jude throughout the day and night, along with special menu promotional items and an online donation component. It was dedicated. Takeout orders and gift card return promotions have proven to be a recipe for success.

During the fall, Cinco’s Cantina leadership approached Main Stars and offered to support the local cheer gym’s annual fundraising efforts for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Jim plans to make a full donation to St. Jude’s during Friday Night Live at CheerSport in February 2025.

SPRINGVALE, Maine — The Sanford/Springvale Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee welcomes family business owners and operators Ed and Carrie McMahon to the grand opening at 489 Main Street, Suite 1 in Springvale Village.
Meeting Grounds Cafe’s menu offers hot and iced coffee, breakfast sandwiches, bakery items, soups, salads, and lunch sandwiches. Great Bay Services aims to purchase accessible minivan through fundraising
DOVER — The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) recently awarded tax dollars to Great Bay Services of Dover, a nonprofit organization that helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their potential as valued members of their communities.
