BEIJING (Gasgoo) – On January 22, Chery’s JETOUR brand launched a new luxury off-road product range named JETOUR Zongheng (name in Chinese Pinyin). Three models in the new series were unveiled at the launch event: the G700 and G900 rugged SUVs and the F700 pickup truck.

The new series features Chery’s Kunpeng Super Hybrid CDM-O and Zongheng Amphibious Gold Range Extender CEM-O technologies, as well as an all-terrain off-road chassis and six special off-road systems.

Kunpeng Super Hybrid CDM-O is equipped with a 2.0TD hybrid-specific engine that delivers maximum power of 155kW, maximum torque of 340Nm, and thermal efficiency of 45.5%. When paired with a 2-speed DHT hybrid transmission, it uses an 800V architecture that enables fast charging from 20% to 80% of battery capacity in just 10 minutes. According to Chery, models equipped with this system will be equipped with a quad-motor intelligent vector system and will achieve a maximum output of 1,200kW.

The CEM-O range extender system, on the other hand, matches the specifications of the hybrid system, but is equipped with CATL’s 6C ultra-fast charging capability and dual-layer Qilin battery, which goes from 20% to 80% state of charge in just 6 minutes. It can be charged. .
In addition, Zongheng series models are equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 3.0 intelligent driving system, which supports features such as highway and urban navigation, automatic parking, and drone-enabled off-road exploration.
Zongheng series vehicles also feature amphibious mode with military-grade turbine propulsion, maximum water speed of 4.5 knots, and stable navigation for up to 40 minutes underwater. The new series is designed with marine-grade anti-corrosion components and advanced stabilization systems to ensure durability and safety in extreme conditions both on land and on the water.
