Trust us your family will love our cherry cheesecake recipe! <3
If you’re looking for a special treat idea to celebrate Valentine’s Day, try making this no-bake heart-shaped 3-layer cheesecake dessert. One of my family’s favorite cheesecake recipes happens to be this blueberry dessert. This little red and white heart-shaped cherry version I’m showing you today is fun and easy to make.
The adorable heart-shaped hood that will make you want to kiss your cheeks has been completed!
The graham cracker crust is topped with a dreamy, creamy whipped cream cheese filling. Sweet berries are the perfect addition to a cherry pie filling. I added extra whipped cream to garnish the top, but that detail is optional.
How cute is my metal heart-shaped cake pan?! It’s perfect for making this easy no-bake heart-shaped cheesecake.

This easy cream cheese and cherry dessert with graham cracker crust is always a hit!
For the graham cracker crust:
About stuffing:
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a heart-shaped dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
2
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat for 20 seconds until smooth. Mix in the whipped topping.
3
Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. (I got impatient and put it in the freezer for an hour, and it worked!)
4
Cut into squares and enjoy. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Additional tips for making this adorable Valentine’s Cheesecake:
I bought this inexpensive red heart bread from Target and I absolutely love how it turned out. Of course, you could use a 9×9 pan or a 9-inch pie plate instead. For larger groups, you can also double the recipe and prepare it in a larger 9×13 casserole dish. This same recipe is also great for other pie fillings, such as blueberries. If you don’t like whipped toppings like Cool Whip, add 1-2 cups of homemade whipped cream instead.
This simple cherry cheesecake recipe is a crowd-pleaser.
I like cheesecake, but I don’t like the long process. This method is easy. This is a great make-ahead dessert that you can prepare ahead of time and keep in the fridge for a special Valentine’s Day treat. Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or in the freezer for 1 to 2 months.
