Century 21 Jordan Link & Co. will launch its luxury housing and estate division on April 3rd to provide IT services that cater to high-end properties in Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield and the Central Coast.
Leading by luxury real estate expert Lena Marie Fisher, the division offers home concierge-style height services and exclusive marketing strategies worth more than $600,000.
“This is a concierge-type service. The marketing is more intense. The service is more practical than a typical real estate agent can offer,” Fisher said.
North Fresno’s Century 21 office will celebrate the launch by hosting a themed cocktail event featuring live music, fine wine, champagne and gourmet cuisine.
“The launch of The Fine Homes & Estates Division is an exciting step for our team and our community,” Fisher said in a news release. “We are dedicated to providing excellent concierge real estate services to include post-purchase services including pre-sale renovations and repairs, professional staging, luxurious marketing and advertising options, and post-purchase services including packaging, storage and movement adjustments.
The Fresno Chamber of Commerce will hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony. The event marks a new era of luxury real estate in the area, showing off the experiences offered by luxury HOMES and Estates.
Century 21 Jordan-Link & Co. There are five locations in Central Valley. Fresno, Hanford, Visalia, Porterville, Bakersfield. The company has over 50 years of experience and has over 300 current real estate agents.
