New Currency
Participate in quests and activities to earn Bronze Celebration Tokens to purchase items (including previous anniversary items and new items) during the 20th anniversary celebration.
Return to the Blackrock Abyss raid
Join Moira Bronzebeard as the Bronze Dragon Clan revisits history and takes us all on a journey with eight epic boss raids.
Players can queue up for this epic raid using the Raid Finder (Group Finder hotkey I) or talk to Moira to create their own group of 10-15 players to play on Normal and Heroic difficulty.
Get the Tier 2 Armor Appearance Set
We’ve modernized some very classic Tier 2 sets for every class, including classes that didn’t even exist when these sets were introduced, like Monk and Evoker, for a total of 13 Class Sets. Each set comes as an ensemble of nine items, including a cape, to help you look the part from head to toe.
Death Knight: Pale Rider Eternal Armor Demon Hunter: Netherwalker Eternal Armor Druid: Stormrage Garb Evoker: Earthwarder Eternal Armor Hunter: Dragonstalker Armor Mage: Netherwind Crown Monk: August Acolyte Eternal Battlegear Paladin: Judgment Armor Priest: Ascended Vestments Rogue: Bloodfang Armor Shaman: Zen-Ten Storm Warlock: Nemesis Garb Warrior: Rage Battlegear
Travel back in time and show off your class pride by purchasing these looks with the Bronze Celebration Tokens you earned during our 20th Anniversary Celebration.
Time walking through the classics
Take part in the new Timewalking event and journey through the original versions of the Dead Mines, Zulfarak, Dire Maul (East and West Wings), and Stratholm dungeons of the living and undead to earn great new rewards. Players level 10 and above can queue up in their Adventure Journal or Group Finder.
Players can visit special vendors to acquire new mounts, pets, and cosmetic changes.
Here are some items you can find in the Timewalking Vendors starting with the 20th anniversary.
Magical Spellweave Carpet (from Wrath of the Lich King) Amani Hunting Bear (from Burning Crusade) Frey Feather Hippogriff (from Classic World of Warcraft)
Earn new mounts, service award appearances, and more
Blizzard employees earn special service awards during their tenure with the company, and we took inspiration from these awards to create a similarly styled, fully armored new mount: the Coldflame Tempest mount. This blue-flame flying mount resembles its fiery kin, the Ashes of Al’ar, and allows you to show off your years of service to Azeroth.
Players can also acquire appearances based on employee swords, shields, and crowns to show off in-game, and get toy versions of employee rings.
Stand out by adding the 20th Anniversary Balloon Toy and two adorable Baby Doomlord Pets, Lil’Kaz and Lil’Doomy, to your collection.
For a limited time, there will also be some returning Anniversary items available for purchase with Bronze Celebration Tokens by visiting shopkeeper Reginald at the Celebration Pavilion and checking his inventory.
Core Hound Chain: Teach a Core Hound mount. Lil’Nefarian: Teach a Lil’ Nefarian pet. Molten Corgi: Teach a Molten Corgi pet. Onyxian Whelpling: Teach an Onyxian Whelpling pet. Hatespark the Tiny: Teach a Hatespark the Tiny pet. Baby Blizzard Bear: Teach a Baby Blizzard Bear pet.
Join the celebration at the Cave of Time
This year’s celebrations are bigger than ever, with the Bronze Dragon Cohort taking part in a variety of new and exciting activities just outside the Caves of Time.
Show off your transformation at the Fashion Frenzy Stage hosted by Althaea. Ride a mount to rival Abigail Cyrildtor and show off your mount collection in the Mount Mania Arena. Experience an epic story you can’t help but take part in with Lorewalker Cho on the Storyteller Stage. Take photos with your guild members, take in epic views, dress up as pets, cosplay as famous heroes and villains, skate on the rink, or take a lazy balloon ride in the Event Space. There’s plenty to see and do as you join the celebration in Tanaris, open to players level 15 and above.
New World Boss
Nearly every party has its intruders, and that is no less true for our anniversary celebration. We’re bringing back classic world bosses from the past, including Doomwalker, Azurgoth, Lord Kazak, and Nightmare Dragon, as well as two additional characters who will intrude on your party in the deserts of Tanaris: Sha the Wrathful and Arkavon, the Stonewarden.
Players can join the celebration starting at level 15 and earn awesome rewards and anniversary currency.
Chromie Codex
Chromie is up for any challenge, but her unique role has left her codex in tidiness. When she was asked to put together a time tour of the opening of the Ahn’Qiraj Gate, she found things in disarray. She needs the help of the heroes of Azeroth to set things right again and return the out-of-place enemies in the deserts of Silissus to where they belong. Players can use the Group Finder to queue for this scenario with 10-20 players starting at level 15.
Recruiting in Guest Relations
Guest Relations is an often thankless job, but new volunteer Alyx takes on the role with high hopes of doing a better job than her predecessor. With an influx of celebratory guests, Alyx is feeling the pressure and needs a little help making the event a memorable one. Thankfully, they find the Tasker family to uncover the secret, making them the perfect helpers to help players master the tools of the secret trade.
Each week, use your new secret-finding skills to help Alyx solve guest mysteries and keep an eye out for stolen celebration items. Follow the rumors and solve the mystery – if you can. We’re counting on you, secret finders!
Korak’s Revenge returns
Hunt down your enemies, destroy their fortifications, and trade tokens looted from their corpses to summon powerful reinforcements in Korak’s Vengeance, a nostalgic battlefield inspired by the early days of Alterac Valley.
Players who complete the quest “Korak’s Vengeance” will be rewarded with one of two mounts based on their character’s faction: the Stormpike battle charge horse (Alliance) and the Frostwolf Snarler (Horde).
Players who join a Battleground during the Anniversary Celebration can also don the look of past PvP sets by clicking on Alliance Armory or Horde War Supplies in the Battleground’s starting area.
Celebrate 30 years of Warcraft with Trading Post!
Celebrate Warcraft’s 30th anniversary at the Trading Post in November, where players can fill up this month’s bar to earn four iconic rear appearance shields representing the Orcs, Humans, Night Elves, and Scourge factions from Warcraft III.
