Oregon Credit Union announced several changes within the organization this week, with Jim Gibson named chief operating officer, Michelle Anderson named chief lending officer, and Liz Martin named chief growth officer. Announced the appointment of three leaders.
Mr. Gibson has been with OCSU for 19 1/2 years and previously served as senior vice president of branch services. His contributions include leading the development of savings and loan products, managing the Rewards Checking product, and leading the launch of the Oregon Credit Union Insurance Agency.
Mr. Anderson has over 30 years of financial services experience spanning mortgages, consumer lending, business lending and member solutions at financial institutions including Wells Fargo Bank, Patelco Credit Union, Chevron Federal Credit Union and Redwood Credit Union. and joined a credit union.
Martin will lead efforts to strengthen membership acquisition, brand awareness, community impact and product strategy, as well as organizational development. His experience over the past 20 years includes positions at OnPoint Community Credit Union, Webtrends, and Janrain, as well as marketing consultancy Moonwater Consulting.
