FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – After an international search, the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship (HCBE) at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) has named Ricardo Russi the inaugural Associate® of the James Donnelly Property Management and Real Estate Program. Appointed director.
Named by Associa®, the largest residential community management company in the United States and a multi-million dollar property management business, the Associa® Director position was created by Associa® Founder and Chief Executive Officer John Carona. Russi has over 30 years of experience in real estate management and community association management as a licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate instructor, licensed community association administrator, and project manager. , has achieved academic success in financial planning, and real estate. , and real estate management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Barry University, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, a master’s degree in personal financial planning from Kansas State University, and is working toward a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Mr. Russi’s strategic vision for the Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Management and Real Estate includes growing the program as a destination for educating new leaders in real estate management, aligning the program with professional certifications and licenses, and collegiate education.
