The Long View Chamber of Commerce and Industry gave multiple awards to companies and former mayor on Tuesday nights at the annual general meeting and banquet.
Chamber praised the “Business Champion,” which made a remarkable contribution to the Longview community over the past year, “the Maude Cobb CONVENTION and ACTITITY CENTER event.
The keynote speaker was Jeff Henderson. Jeff Henderson was named as one of the 20 speakers that should not be overlooked from Forbes Magazine.

The winners of the 2024 Business Award Tuesday are as follows:
The manufacturer of the Year: STEMCO was awarded for “Innovation, growth, and a remarkable contribution to long view production departments.”

Community Impact Awards: The High Ridge Church was awarded with “unwavering dedication to serving a long view community and promoting positive changes.”
This year’s chairman’s award was sent to Dr. Andamak, “The foresight leadership and dedication left a mark that did not disappear in the long view community.”
Mac is a former lawmaker and mayor.
