Fox Sports broadcaster Colin Cowherd has added a 7,500-square-foot property in Winnetka to his growing Chicago real estate portfolio.
Cowherd and his wife, Ann, bought the five-bedroom home at 901 Hill Road for about $593 per square foot, Crain’s reported. The couple closed on the purchase on Dec. 9, securing the property for $4.45 million, 81% of the original asking price.
Sellers Erin and Scott Dix listed the home in March for nearly $5.5 million, but after multiple price adjustments, they sold it for about $1 million less. @properties Annie Flanagan of Christie’s International Real Estate represented the Cowhers and Compass broker Chris Downey represented the seller.
