Lockbourne Fair returns this autumn offering a unique artisan shopping experience whilst supporting Salisbury Hospital’s charity, Stars Appeal.
The three-day event will take place at Salisbury Racecourse from Wednesday 16th October to Friday 18th October, with a late-night shopping spree on Thursday the 17th.
The fair will feature over 100 carefully selected premium stalls.
Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of carefully selected merchandise not typically found downtown, ranging from fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, gourmet foods, luxury home goods and toys.
(Image: Spencer Mulholland) Lockbourne Fair has become Salisbury’s annual shopping event, welcoming more than 3,000 visitors over the course of the three-day event.
It’s also an event where every purchase makes a difference.
After raising a massive £51,000 last year, the committee are continuing their mission to raise vital funds for the Stars Appeal.
Money raised will go towards the £1 million that Salisbury Hospital’s charity, Stars Appeal, is aiming to raise this year, funding new equipment, building improvements and ongoing projects supporting patients across Salisbury Hospital, including Stars Appeal Wi-Fi, hospital chaplains, support for cancer patients and Stars Appeal Play Assistants on Salam Children’s Ward.
For committee chair Bev Moulding, the fair is a community celebration: “Not only is Rockbourne Fair a unique luxury shopping event welcoming thousands of people over three days, it has also helped raise over £250,000 for the Stars Appeal over the past five years. We hope you will join us in October, support your local hospital and have fun ‘Shop the Rock’.”
