It’s been nearly three years since Boston-based WS Development purchased Montgomery Village, an open-air shopping center in Santa Rosa, and it’s fair to say the property has undergone a complete renovation since then. The Clay County Development Review Commission is scheduled to review revised plans for a shopping center anchored by a grocery store in Lake Asbury on Sept. 12.The 12.16-acre project will also include commercial retail, offices and a public park. In an announcement on Wednesday, Aug. 21, Ridge Hill Shopping Center in Yonkers revealed that two new retailers are set to open stores.The new businesses include: LensCrafters plans to open a 3,140-square-foot store across from Banana Republic and Uniqlo in October, while Sunglasses Hut plans to open an 886-square-foot store between Pandora and the new Shake Shack location in mid-October.
