Iowa State Representative Zach Nunn has donated $750,000 to support a new statewide initiative. The funds will be used to help Iowans struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Reports show Iowa ranks second in the nation when it comes to excessive drinking, with 23 percent of Iowa adults drinking between eight and 15 drinks a week.
