Police have identified the man who was killed when scaffolding partially collapsed at a luxury Miami Beach apartment building, but the incident remains under investigation. Miami Beach police on Friday identified the man killed in Tuesday’s incident as 25-year-old Brian Steven Orozco. The incident happened at the Villa di Mare building at 5801 Collins Ave. Footage from Helicopter 6 showed scaffolding dangling from the side of the building, swinging away.
