A new $410 million luxury hotel project will soon open less than a mile from Globe Life Field.New York-based Loews Hotels filed an application with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on Tuesday for plans to build a 513-room hotel at 1300 Ballpark Way.Construction is expected to begin in November and be completed in June 2028.
