CNN — A federal judge in Texas on Tuesday blocked a Federal Trade Commission rule that would ban employers from requiring employees to sign non-compete agreements. The ban, which was due to come into force nationwide on September 4, has now effectively been blocked. On August 16, prominent Russian propagandist Andrei Lysenko claimed that Ukrainian forces had shelled the Galactica shopping mall in the Russian-occupied city of Donetsk.
