I moved from Carmel where I lived for many years. I am a designer by trade and had two retail stores in downtown Carmel. If I remember correctly, there were a lot of rules we had to follow. I agree with the mayor that there is no place for politics on El Paseo.This is very divisive and does nothing to help El Paseo’s purpose: luxury retail. I believe the rules are flawed.
