Atlanta’s Coldwell Banker Realty recently opened a newly renovated Buckhead office, rebranded under the brokerage’s Global Luxury designation.
The renovated office in the Buckhead Pavilion at 3221 Peachtree Road is Coldwell Banker’s first global luxury office in metro Atlanta.
The company says Coldwell Banker Global’s luxury real estate specialists represent less than 10% of the brand’s independent sales force worldwide and provide a high level of service to the brokerage’s most affluent clients. That’s what it means.
Mayor Andre Dickens was also on hand to assist with the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Approximately 100 people participated.
“As our Atlanta agent team continues to grow, now exceeding 1,400 agents, and as our agents increasingly work with luxury buyers and sellers, the expansion of our global luxury office makes sense. That’s true,” said Duff Rubin, president of Coldwell Banker’s Southeast region.
The renovated office features flex space and dedicated collaboration areas. Approximately 250 agents work at this location. In recent years, this office has had three of the highest sales in North Buckhead’s 30327 zip code.
“The area within Buckhead and the 285 Perimeter has long been a destination for luxury buyers,” managing broker Debra Bradley said in a release. “We felt this Coldwell Banker real estate office needed to reflect the clients we serve and the agents we partner with Coldwell Banker to help affluent buyers and sellers.”
