BISSMARK, N.C. — Gov. Kelly Armstrong and First Lady Kierlusi Armstrong will be attending the National Association of Governors’ Associations Winter Meeting, Washington, DC, from Thursday to Saturday. Cabinet members, President Donald Trump and the White House.
