Amanda Guffey is a longtime local resident who runs her own online business, Artemis Moon Creations. On Saturday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Guffey will host the grand opening of its new brick-and-mortar store in Winter Park.
Artemis Moon Creations has been an online company for the past year, but Guffey calls the brick-and-mortar store a “dream come true.”
“I’m incredibly excited and grateful to the community for welcoming me,” Guffey said. “I really aim to be a unique addition to Winter Park.”
The store will sell soy candles, jewelry, art, bath salt blends, body butters, massage candles, oils and more. In addition to these self-care items, small quirks and curiosities are also offered, including pinned butterflies, decorated skulls, crystals, tarot decks, books, herbs, and more.
The grand opening will take place at 78967 US Highway 40, Suite B in downtown Winter Park.
Guffey said the store will be open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., but hours will likely change during the winter. If you’re interested in keeping up to date with the store, follow the Artemis Moon Creations Facebook page.
