Combine the elements of glamorous travel aspiration, superior quality and “superb comfort” and you get the Morello Motorhome. Instead of maximizing the number of features per inch of footprint, the focus here is on increasing comfort while keeping living space small. A luxury motorhome, yet one that is completely unpretentious about its luxury.
Morelo is a German manufacturer of premium campervans, and the above is a summary of the company’s official company profile: As a German company with a strong presence in the RV market, there was no way Morelo would miss the 2024 Düsseldorf Caravan Show, which ended on September 8th. It was the company’s first time exhibiting in the Premium Hall of the exhibition, but it was a show to remember as they unveiled their new 2025 model year Loft Premium.
Not all RVs and mobile homes are trying to maximize available space, fit the whole family in an otherwise meaningless space, or pack as many basic features as possible. That’s for the average budget traveler. Morelo caters to a whole different type of customer: one who wants the best and the latest in everything, and who calls prices starting at $250,000 and up “affordable.”
The Premium Loft is one such campervan. This new model is described by Morello as the “big brother” of the Premium series, and is available in a variety of layouts and configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of discerning customers. Morello showed off its latest Loft Premium 86 LB model in Düsseldorf, and you can see it all in the video at the bottom of the page.

The Loft Premium 86 LB is built on the Iveco Daily chassis and has a 175 horsepower engine and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. It is 8.7 metres (28.5 ft) long, 2.4 metres (7.9 ft) wide, 3.4 metres (11 ft) tall, and has a maximum permitted weight of 7,490 kg (16,513 lbs).
This camper is big, and it feels even bigger when you step inside, because it’s designed for just two people, who sleep in the main bedroom at the rear. The 2025 model comes with several new features, including a curved windshield for less noise and better visibility, Morelo LED lights front and rear, and all-new modern furnishings inside.
The interior has also gone high-tech, with even the physical light switches being removed and replaced with touchpads that light up with a flick of your hand. All controls are accessible through the Garmin control panel, and features can also be accessed via voice control or the Morelo Connect app that pairs with your phone. If homes are getting smart, why not campers be smart too?

The Loft Premium 86 LB layout features ample living space, a larger kitchen than other models (15cm/5.9 inches longer), residential appliances, a spa-like bathroom that Morello describes as a “personal oasis for wellness,” and a bedroom with a gigantic bed and abundant storage space.
The interior is more modern and sleek than previous years, with handle-less wall fixings, electronic locks on the exterior storage compartments and an overall streamlined design. As is evident from the kitchen, it is packed with everyday conveniences, just like any modern home.
The unit shown in Düsseldorf was equipped with a standard induction cooktop and a 187-liter (6.6 cubic feet) refrigerator and freezer unit, with options including an oversized dishwasher and a coffee machine in the dedicated coffee station.

The bathroom is also larger than other models, in keeping with the concept of providing a spa-like experience, though the design is pretty standard, with a toilet and shower on one side and a kitchen and vanity on the other, and the room acts as a buffer between the private sleeping area and the main living area. The toilet is flushable, but you can choose the amount of water you want each time, making it more economical.
Features of the Loft Premium 86 LB include an optional refrigerated bar compartment integrated into the cockpit, an electrically lowered smart TV in the living room area, mood lighting and a heated double floor. The heated and illuminated rear garage can store two bikes or a scooter plus further luggage. There is also a refrigerated compartment for hiking or surfing equipment.
The Loft Premium 86 LB comes with a 300 liter (79 gallon) tank for freshwater, a 200 liter (53 gallon) tank for greywater, and another 200 liter (53 gallon) tank for blackwater.

Morello says the company “didn’t start making campervans to get rich, but because we didn’t have anything else to do.” It’s a noble mindset, and it might soften the blow of the Premium Loft 86 LB’s starting price of 237,900 euros, which is about $262,400 at current exchange rates.
The unit brought to Dusseldorf was destined for sale in the UK, priced at £350,000 ($458,000).
