You’ve probably heard of Project 2025. It’s a roadmap created by the conservative Heritage Foundation for the next Republican president.
It’s become a hot topic of discussion for Democrats during the election campaign, while Donald Trump has denied it and tried to distance himself from it.
The plan has attracted negative attention because it supports extremely conservative policies, including reforming or abolishing parts of government, firing thousands of civil servants, and a campaign of mass deportations.
Project 2025 was created to help the next Republican president implement his ultra-conservative policies, and has now become a target for attacks against Democrats.
