Construction is in full swing along Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach on a new luxury condominium development called Caribbean Seaside.
The project, adjacent to the Best Western Tides Hotel and just steps from Cotton Bayou public beach access, is the latest venture from developer Larry Wireman, whose previous work on Caribbean Resort and Turquoise Place has set a high standard in the area.
Caribe Seaside was designed by architect Forrest Daniel, who partnered with Wyreman to create a landmark building that combines luxury with innovative amenities. According to its website, the 115-unit development will include three- and five-bedroom homes, each offering Gulf of Mexico views from a private balcony equipped with a hot tub and natural gas grill.
Caribbean Seaside’s amenities are designed to cater to a variety of tastes and are split across three floors. The beachfront floor, called Seaside, features an indoor/outdoor bar and grill, a pool, and a unique two-story water slide. The seventh floor, called Riverside, features a lazy river that wraps around the tower and includes a swim-up bar. This floor also features an indoor pool area with direct access to the fitness center on the eighth floor.
For those looking for a special experience, the Skyside Level is an adult rooftop haven 400 feet above the shoreline. This level features a lounge on one side and a spacious spa on the other, both offering panoramic views of Orange Beach. Skyside’s highlight is the infinity-edge pool that blends seamlessly with the Gulf of Mexico horizon.
The condo units themselves are designed with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, whirlpool tubs, and of course, custom hot tubs on the balconies. Larger units on the east and west sides of each floor can accommodate up to five bedrooms, perfect for families or those looking for more space.
