PHOENIX — Those hoping to be king or queen of a Paradise Valley hilltop mansion will have to give up their crowns.
A buyer has snapped up a gorgeous $12 million luxury estate near Tatum Boulevard and Lincoln Drive.
The single-story custom home spans 10,656 square feet and features a gated circular driveway, glass walls, resort-style living room, coffee bar, 1,000 square feet of gym space and a guest suite.
A news release from Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, which handled the sale, called the property a “paradise for entertaining guests.”
A visit to the home’s patio offers beautiful views of Camelback Mountain and the Phoenix city lights.
Outside, there’s also a sloped pool, pond and spa, plus two fire pits, two side yards, an outdoor kitchen and an enclosed outdoor space where dogs can run around, play and exercise.

Agent Sue Shapiro of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale.
“When I first entered this property I was immediately in awe,” Shapiro said in a statement.
According to the Zillow listing, there are views in every direction from the property.
The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home also features a 44-foot hallway and a wine room, and is decorated with stone, marble and granite slabs throughout.
“It was a real pleasure helping find it’s new owner,” Shapiro said, “and I’m sure they’ll enjoy it for many years to come.”
