The chain’s menu typically changes seasonally, with specialty drinks released throughout the year, but Starbucks is also known for the variety of customizations available to customers, many of whom combine them to create “secret menu” drinks.

Instead of testing my own creativity, I stopped into two Starbucks locations in the Southern California area and asked five baristas to create my favorite drink that wasn’t on the menu.
This is what happened.
