Soon, another option will be offered by luxury brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
A new proposal from Rosewood
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is planning an ambitious project in Los Cabos called Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse.
It will be a place where you can have your own little piece of paradise.
While vacation homes within the community are available for purchase, the luxury brand is also preparing to introduce luxurious Los Cabos vacation rentals that also offer stunning views.
Rosewood Residences Old Light House Project
The area where the new Rosewood Residences will be built has a long history in Los Cabos.
It will be built into a cliff high above the sea, where the oldest lighthouse in the region stands.
El Faro Viejo, meaning “the old lighthouse,” was built in 1905 and is located on the seventh hole of the famous Jack Nicklaus-designed Quivira Golf Course.
Rosewood Residences
In addition to the dramatic waterfront location, the residences at Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse will be spectacular in themselves.
According to a press release from Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, there will be a total of 144 residences and they will be designed by Gomez Vazquez International Architects.
The homes will be between 4,000 and 10,000 square feet and be built on roughly three-quarters of an acre.
Facilities at Rosewood Residences
The grounds surrounding Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse are home to a wealth of amenities.
Those lucky enough to visit Rosewood Residences will have access to the aforementioned golf course within the Quivira Resort community property, as well as oceanfront entertainment venues.
It will feature a five-star restaurant, a bar with live entertainment and outdoor event space.
Other facilities at Rosewood Residences
The Rosewood Residences property will also feature an outdoor oasis called the Beach Club.
Here, owners and guests can take in incredible views while enjoying exclusive outdoor amenities.
The resort will feature a spa, multiple pools, poolside cabanas and beachfront dining.
Additionally, an athletic center will be established on the site.
How Los Cabos tourists can stay at Rosewood Homes in Los Cabos
Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse residences are for sale.
The first offerings of properties for sale are expected to begin later this year, according to a press release.
The press release noted that the homes will also be available for rent, but details on how that will be structured were unavailable at time of printing.
Rosewood of Los Cabos
The Rosewood Hotels & Resorts portfolio currently includes a total of 34 resorts, hotels and residences.
One of these, Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort, is located in Los Cabos.
Located in the town of San Jose del Cabo, this luxury resort was named one of the Best Resorts in Los Cabos by Travel & Leisure magazine’s World’s Best Awards and has won numerous other accolades since opening.
