IHG Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Flag Luxury Group and Unicorp National Development, has signed an agreement to develop a new InterContinental hotel in Orlando, Florida. InterContinental Orlando is scheduled to open in 2028 on International Drive, a prestigious area known for its vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel will feature 700 rooms, including 84 suites, five restaurants, a spa, a fitness center and spacious meeting space totaling approximately 106,000 square feet, aiming to provide a sophisticated experience that reflects the local culture and the brand’s luxury standards.
