Chicago area golfers love golf stuffing, adjacent to the ocean. Research shows Casa de Canco Resort & Villa in the Dominican Republic and Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda are on top of the list.
It’s even better for travel golfers. These two iconic and luxurious island resorts recently rolled out the Notefy Automated Tee Tie Time Demand System on their golf courses.
The Noteify Waitlist software is integrated into the Casa de Campo website and is the Links course (dog teeth are undergoing renovation) and the Turtle Hill Golf Club website at Fairmont Southampton.
When golfers open for cancellations or new releases, they enter their desired tea time, receive real-time text and email alerts, then book a tea time for each normal process. There is no additional charge for golfers for standby service.
In addition to enhancing golfers’ experience with Noteefy, the island resort is poised to generate meaningful revenue by spurring greater demand for re-booking of otherwise unprocessed cancelled tea time.
“We are pleased to announce that Jason Kycek, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Casa de Campo. “We have recently invested substantially in improving all of our peat dye courses here, including a full regeneration project for dogs’ famous teeth to resume later this year.

Casa de Campo Resort & Villas
“We live in an experience economy where golf resorts are reviewed daily by how guests are treated before, during and after the round,” says Scottroy, director of Turtle Hill Golf Club in Fairmont Southampton. “Noteify makes the booking process very convenient for golfers to play when they are turning their minds towards playing.”
One of the hottest golf companies with over 600 golf courses and resort partners, Noteefy is commonly referred to as the open table and is played for the Tee Times.
Casa de Campo and Fairmont Southampton will be joined by Black Desert Resort, Boyne Golf, Cabot Citrus Farm, Destination Kohler (Mouth Whistling Strait), Omni Hotel and Resort, Sand Valley, Streamson Resort, Sea Pines Resort and other well-known destinations to leverage Notefi. Eight of the top 10 multi-course operators, boutique management companies and single course owners, rely on noteefy to boost their business.
Research shows that over 20% of tee hours have been cancelled and not rebooked, resulting in an average annual loss of $50,000 in revenue. It is common for Noteify to make staff resources better available while driving six-digit topline gain directly to golf courses and resorts.
