Donald Trump has “declared a war on the American rule of law,” he is pitching the country in a constitutional crisis, a well-known former conservative federal judge said.
“The US President essentially declared a war on the rule of law in America,” J Michael Luttig told MSNBC. “In the past few weeks, the president himself has led a complete attack on the constitution, the rule of law, federal judiciary, the American judicial system and the legal profession of the people.
“When the US President engages in a war with the rule of law and the federal judicial alley, America is in a constitutional crisis. The President’s constitutional role is to faithfully carry out the law. Needless to say, the President hasn’t done that at this point. The future.”
On Tuesday, Trump called for the blast each and removal of U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, in Washington, DC.
Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order to halt deportation under the Alien Enemy Act of 1798. The administration has invoked the law, most scholars have mistakenly stated that it would deport Venezuelan gang members.
“This judge, like many of the bent judges I was forced to appear before, should be bounced each!!!” Trump writes that he is called “a radical left-hand man” under Barack Obama, Boasberg, appointed under “troubletic left-hand man.”
Trump or his lawyer appeared before a series of state and federal judges in four criminal cases in 2021 when he left power and when he returned this year. He was the only convicted criminal to become president, convicted of 34 felony charges in New York and in regards to paying hash money to an adult movie star.
On Tuesday, Republican Rep. Brandon Gill, from Texas, faithfully submitted an article on the perks each against Boasburg.
John Roberts, a conservative Supreme Court judge who wrote the Supreme Court’s ruling last year that granted Trump a legitimate immunity, issued a rare responsibilities.
“For over two centuries, it has been established that ammo each is not an appropriate response to differences in opinion over judicial decisions,” Roberts said. “There is a normal appeal process for that purpose.”
Right-wing commentators were furious.
“The Supreme Court is dragging this country very much,” said Mike Sernovich, a conspiracy theorist who is now courted by the Trump administration. “They invent the constitutional right to bypass the will of the people. Losing a court is not a loss at all, it is a benefit to the country. It allows the matter to be democratically determined.”
Trump later told Fox News he didn’t rebel against the court and refused, but the deportation flight to El Salvador did not turn after Boasberg’s intervention.
Luttig said: “This is very intentional by the President. You know, Vice President (JD Vance) and (Trump Ally and Adviser) Elon Musk have been provoking federal courts for several months.
The world’s wealthiest mask, Mask, has given Trump’s campaign hundreds of millions of dollars and is currently cutting federal staffing and budgets through what is called “government efficiency” or doge. Several judges have ruled against Doge’s actions and Trump’s orders, including his attempt to end the birthright citizenship that has been guaranteed by the Constitution since 1868.

Luttig continues: “As of today, I know that all of this provocation and threats were heading towards the end of causing this constitutional crisis.”
Luttig, 70, long thought that Supreme Court candidates themselves could. The leader of Texas Senator Ted Cruz, he was an ally of Clarence Thomas, a fierce justice, on the Supreme Court, during his 1991 confirmation.
However, Luttig emerged as a prominent Trump opponent, giving his memorable testimony to the House of Representatives on January 6th. This investigated the attack on Congress that Trump incited to overturn the 2020 election.
On Wednesday, he doubled his remarks to MSNBC. So he states: “The US president has not violated the federal court orders in its almost 250 years of history. If this president violates the federal court orders, the country will fall into a constitutional crisis. How will that crisis end?
The court stated, “There is no effective means of enforcing the order except in the judgment of light empt. It was enforced by the former court.
“This has been very appealing to (Trump)… He has been extremely critical of federal and state judiciaries throughout his first term, and in the last four years when he was losing power, he has accused federal and state judiciaries, as well as individual judges of corruption and bias.
“I have never even considered an American president to say one of the words to federal judging this president every day.”
Luttig said he “personally knew that Trump’s attacks would shake up federal justice,” but the judge said he “has not been shaken by his resolve to respect the oath in the Constitution. It is the president who has been hoping for this war since his first term in office.
