Actor Robert De Niro has revealed plans to work with his Nobu Hospitality Group to open the highly anticipated Nobu Beach Inn in early 2026 on the picturesque Caribbean island of Barbuda.
The 400-acre resort is located along a stunning two-mile beach on Barbuda’s southwest coastline. The gorgeous project is a collaboration with De Niro, renowned hotelier Daniel Shamoon, and Australian billionaire James Packer. The site also features the popular Nobu Barbuda restaurant.
Nobu Beach Inn features 36 luxury rooms housed in 17 private bungalow cottages. The development also includes a residential section where 25 beachfront villalots have been made available before sale.
Beyond the Signature Knob Dining Experience, the resort features a range of other culinary products, a quiet beachfront spa, an outdoor gym and a dedicated yoga space. Guests can indulge in tailored experiences such as sailing trips, gourmet picnics and marine biology exploration for a truly immersive stay.
Nobu’s hospitality came from the famous Nobu Restaurant brand founded in the 1990s by actor Robert De Niro, acclaimed chef Matsuba and film producer Maia Teper. Today, the hospitality sector boasts over 40 hotels in operation and development.
