Luxury Railway Company Rocky Mountaineer has rebranded it in 2026 as Canyon Spirit, which expanded the route that linked Denver to Salt Lake City. The railway company told TPG.
The three-day trip begins from Denver and travels to Salt Lake City. Stayed at Glenwood Springs Station in Colorado and Glenwood Springs Station in Green River, Utah, 50 miles outside Moab.
Services begin on April 21, 2026, with one train departing weekly from Denver and Salt Lake City. The round-trip coach ticket starts at $2,123 per person and taxes for a ride, and includes overnight hotel accommodations in Glenwood Springs and Moab.
Coaching service on this route is known as Silver Leaf Service and includes daily breakfast and lunch. Coffee, tea, drinks, snacks all day long. The hotel stays in your overnight destination and seating with large glass dome windows. Meanwhile, SilverLeaf Plus, a leading service on the train, includes all the benefits of a coach, plus access to lounge car, wine pairing and premium alcoholic beverage-heavy dining experiences available in lounge cars and seats, as well as handmade signature cocktails available in lounges.
Both classes feature onboard hosts that tell the history of the area during their journey.
The website to reserve is live as of March 17th.

In addition to the three-day route, Canyon Spirit will continue to operate the existing two-day Rockies to the Red Rods route between Denver and Moab, stopping at Glenwood Springs and Denver. Round-trip tickets for the Red Rocks route range from $1,723 to $2,327 per person.
Additional routes that have stopped in the US and include Canadian destinations like Las Vegas. Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia. Banff, Alberta is also available. These routes range from 1 to 14 days.
Armstrong Collective operates all routes as the newly formed parent company of Canyon Spirit and Rocky Mountaineer. Over the past 35 years, over 2.3 million guests have traveled on three routes in western Canada.
