EAU CLAIRE (WQOW) – You cannot return Amazon packages with Eau Claire Kohl’s… at least for now.
18News spoke with Jen Johnson’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications on Monday. She said they have been accepting Amazon returns for several years.
For now, at least for Eau Claire Kohl’s, you can no longer return Amazon packages.
But now they have stopped service in a small number of stores. According to Johnson, it’s temporary. It’s part of a test to see if it’s the direction the store should take.
“To continue learning from our customers, we are conducting tests in a handful of stores and will temporarily suspend third-party return services,” Johnson said.
Johnson had not confirmed that Eau Claire’s location was one of the test stores, but a call to the store confirmed that it had stopped accepting Amazon’s returns.
