Performance-Meeting Design: The high-end Ultra 1 treadmill is inspired by custom-made furniture and comes with a wearable ring that adjusts speed and grade
IFIT, a leader in fitness content and equipment, has announced the Nordik Track Ultra 1.
Beyond sophisticated design, the Ultra 1 features a shock absorbing system, eight strategically absorbed fans, full-body cooling, and a fan for deluxe surround speakers. Users can adjust speed and grading via metal controls inspired by the plane’s cockpit or wearable ring devices included in Ultra 1.
“By celebrating our 50th anniversary, we aim to revolutionise the Ultra 1 fitness experience. We will set new benchmarks for home fitness with sophisticated design, meticulous craftsmanship and cutting-edge innovation,” CEO Kevin Duffy said. “For decades, Nordic trucks have been at the forefront of the industry, and today we take pride in driving the evolution of connection fitness.”

Pairing the treadmill with the IFIT fitness app unlocks over 10,000 curated workouts and offers immersive passports to destinations around the world.
“The creation of Ultra 1 was more than just a study of beautiful designs,” said Keith Hartsfield, chief product officer. “We’re obsessed with things that matter to athletes, to provide an immersive experience and help them achieve their goals. From an acoustic perspective, we went to whisper quiet motors and amazing, rich audio. We know that details are important for athletes, so we spent a very long time providing full body cooling from your shins to your shoulders. We know it’s a big deal for athletes who train often, so we leveraged commercial quality reflective decks to protect athletes’ joints.”
Weight lists have been created for commercials and select consumers.
“We are extremely proud of the aesthetic appeal of the Ultra 1. The craftsmanship the team put in to perform beautiful cars like nothing else special,” added Hartsfield.
