ESPN’s legacy sports debate show “Around the Horn” will air its final episode on May 23 after its 23 years of running, the network announced on Tuesday.
Since its debut on ESPN on November 4, 2002, ATH has aired over 4,900 episodes. The sports discussion show features a rotation of host Tony Liari and four national sports media panelists trying to “score” points with opinions on the biggest sports topic of the day. The show airs regularly on ESPN at 5pm Eastern Monday through Friday.

Reali has hosted ATH since February 2004, taking over to Max Kellerman, the show’s original host. Panelists and sports media members who appeared on ATH over 23 years of management include Woody Page, Billplasch, Jackie McMullan, Tim Kaurishaw, Bobryan, Kevin Blackstone, Jemerehill, Frank Isola, Minakims, Ramona Shelburne, Pablo Torre, Sara Spain, Clinton Yate, Jananda, Jaidandon Yate, Jean.

Following the final episode of ATH in May, ESPN will replace the show with a 30-minute edition of “SportsCenter” on the eastern summer weekday at 5pm. According to the release, additional updates to ESPN’s weekday weekday schedule will be announced at a later date.
