DreamFit has redesigned its product packaging with a new message aimed at better reflecting the quality of its updated color palette, refined typography, and luxurious bedding products.
Following his appointment as Dreamfit’s president, Chileen Martin and his team have begun rebranding efforts to enhance the visual appeal of the company’s sleep essential line. This update coincides with DreamFit’s first mattress collection launch.
“DreamFit is a luxury brand, and the reaction when consumers feel they touch or feel their way into one of our best collections is, ‘Wow! It’s gorgeous.’ But that wasn’t the first impression of the brand when they came across our inline products on store shelves,” Martin said. “The appearance of the sheet set and mattress protector package simply did not reflect the luxurious quality of the product inside.”
New messages and design elements
The updated package introduces a new catchphrase called “The Luxury of Rest.” The previous package highlighted DreamFit’s patented silicon-reinforced corner band and FirstFit™ color coding band, but the updated design focuses on the brand’s overall sleep experience.
Popular collections such as the Enhanced Bamboo Sheet Set, Stadry® Sheet Set and Mattress Protector feature messaging that “encourages shoppers to sleep to depend on your health.” Additional copies highlight the product’s emphasis on comfort and recovery.
Visual Design incorporates Pantone colors such as Soft Chambray, China Blue, and Naval Academy.
“Our new packaging is finding beautiful things when they open to shoppers,” Martin said. “We know that today’s consumers don’t think about spending hundreds of dollars on the latest cosmetics and skincare regimens to head to Sephora. But those same shoppers will think it’s weird to spend $300 on a luxury seat set. That’s why we’ve decided that by moving forward with Dreamfit packaging, we’re effectively telling them that good sleep is the key to their health and beauty.”
