The first event, supported by headline sponsor Cramer, will be hosting Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol on May 13th and Durham County Cricket Club in Durham on June 18th, focusing on the theme of “turf management in the current climate” and addressing the challenges and solutions to maintain quality grounds in today’s environment.
The program offers practical insights, including expert seminars and access to major manufacturers such as Fleet Line Markers, GKB Machines and Iseki UK & Ireland.
GMA Connect will feature expert-led seminars, including guidance from Mark Hunt, a well-known weather expert and industry leader at Prodata Weather Systems. Alex Vickers, turf consultant for the Ground Management Association, and the GMA pitch advisory services team.
Participants will also have the opportunity to watch live demonstrations from suppliers in major industry, participate in hands-on workshops, and see first-hand the latest innovations in turf management equipment and technology.
Sarah Hunter, GMA’s event manager, said: We look forward to welcoming industry experts to these events and fostering discussions that will shape the future of ground management. ”
