Neal Signature Homes is building what is called the “boutique community” of West Bradenton. The Lakewood Ranch-based builder hosted a grand opening event at Tideline over the weekend and launched a new, luxurious development near Palma Sola Bay.
The 29-home community will feature homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,900 square feet. Prices start from $988,990 to $1,089,990 to $1,089,990, according to a statement from Neal Signature Homes.
Each residence has 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3 baths.
According to the Neal Signature Homes pamphlet, Tideline’s catchphrase is “where nature meets communities.” Located on northwest 9th Avenue near Palma Sola Bay, the development is surrounded by Robinson Preserve and Palma Sola Botanical Park.
“This area of Bradenton offers very limited and unique opportunities,” said Carlos Puente, president of Neil Signature Holmes, in a statement. “Owning a new semi-custom luxury home in Tideline, instant access to all the beautiful natural surroundings and proximity to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island should be a great victory for those lucky enough to take advantage of it.”
Home buyers also make a difference in the lives of others. For each home for sale on Tideline, Neal makes a $10,000 commitment to the Hope village of Manatee. This is a development created by the homeless or homeless or low-income families at risk of housing, mentoring and case management.
The donation is part of a total of $500,000 contributions to Hope Village from the affiliate neil community that began in April 2024 with a $210,000 gift.
“Helping to the home is about changing the lives of families,” Pat Neil Community founder and chairman said in a statement.
