2. Take a screenshot of shipping, pickup, or delivery confirmations to take photos of Sam’s entire club receipts showing eligible items starring in them, or buy them online.
3. Go to www.activaterewards.com/rayberns, enter your information, and send a full receipt image by 4/3/25.
4. Once your submission is approved, you will receive an email using the link that you must activate to receive your $5 SAM Club Egift card within 2-5 business days. If it is not activated by 4/01/2025, reward link void.
