Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. has completed a luxurious apartment and townhome development in Pensacola.
52 World’s Evolve Townhomes and Thrive Lofts are $61.3 million projects developed by Dawson Co.
3811 W. Nine Mile Rd. Evolve is located in the city, designed by Atlanta-based construction company Niles Bolton Associates.
The 52 World is a massive, multi-development development that combines residential, commercial and recreational amenities in one place.
Evolve covers 362,700 square feet with 318 units. The unit consists of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options. The luxurious apartment and townhome mix features a total of 591 beds, 540 full baths and 210 half baths.
Amenities include a saltwater pool with walking trails, ponds, playgrounds, outdoor barbecue and grill stations, coworking spaces, two gyms, dog parks and retail spaces.
The gourmet grocery store and fuel and car wash will soon open along with the Montessori Kids Universe’s Early Childhood Education Center.
The 52 World also features the Living Art Museum, an outdoor sculpture museum featuring works by world-renowned artists.
