Several of Wayne County’s nonprofit youth sports organizations are signing up for summer programs in the coming days.
Some organizations can provide financial assistance information on request.
Cambridge City Youth League registration will end on March 9th. For the first time, we will be offering two divisions of T-Ball. One includes being 3-4 years old or 5-6 years old and having no prior experience. The other is 5-6 years old. Baseball is offered for ages 8 and up. Online registration is provided at form.gle/tznfgj8jpncbvynl6. No face-to-face registration sessions have been announced yet. The Centerville Youth League sign-up will end on March 9th for baseball, softball, T-ball and volleyball. Costs vary by department but range from $35 to $65. Families will also need to create a refundable concession deposit to sell raffle tickets or choose to acquire them. Registration is provided at cylsports.com. Community Soccer Registration will end on March 16th for practice and games held at Pershing in April and May. Kindergarten to high school boys and girls are invited to participate for $30. Registration will be available at Dubling Gospel Mission Church at 148 N. Dublin Street, Dublin Street, Dublin, from 9am to 11am on March 1 and 3am to 5am on March 2. Sign-ups for the Fountain City Recreational Association will be available from 11am to 5pm on March 1, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on March 6, and from 11am to 2pm on March 8 It will be done. Families must bring their child’s birth certificate to their registration along with cash or credit/debit cards. You will also be planning to purchase a new $80 ticket when you register. Elementary School, 299 N. Sycamore St. Cost is $75 with additional sibling discounts. It is open to children at the boundary league attending schools in Hagerstown, Union (MODOC), West Wayne, or Centreville Abington. Richmond Evening Optimist Softball, volleyball and baseball registrations will end on March 15th. Some programs cost $50 for the youngest participants, but most cost $80 per child.
