Miami Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck is the latest athlete to be stolen after two luxury cars were reported to have been stolen overnight in South Florida on Thursday.
Florida law enforcement is hunting Beck’s Mercedes and Lamborghini, officials told South Florida sports journalist Andy Slater. In addition to Beck’s vehicle, an SUV belonging to his girlfriend, Miami women’s basketball player Hannah Cabinder, was also stolen.

Her car was later discovered, according to the report.

“We are grateful for the quick and hardworking efforts of the Miami Police Department to handle this situation,” Beck’s nil agent Jeff Hoffman told WSVN-TV. “Their professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated. While this kind of incident is unfortunate, I am completely confident in the authorities and their ongoing work.”
Thursday’s report follows a series of robberies targeting well-known NFL and NBA athletes over the past few months.
Seven immigrants from Chile were charged in Florida federal court on Tuesday in connection with a nationwide network of organising robberies at several star homes, including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kels of the NFL. .
The man has been accused of stealing about $2 million with watches, jewelry, cash and other valuables.

Beck’s car theft is not related to this criminal network.
Georgia former quarterback Beck was declared in the 2025 NFL Draft in December, just days after undergoing season-ending elbow surgery. He was injured in the first half of the Bulldogs’ overtime victory over Texas in the SEC Championship Game.
Despite being qualified for another year, Beck set his sights on the NFL after a back-to-back seasons, putting a record 24-3 as a starter for Georgia.
