A lease is underway at Ora, a new 270-unit luxury apartment that Hampshire Cos unveiled late last year in downtown Hackensack.
The company and its project partners Russo Development and Riverbank Management LLC are marketing a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes at 321 Main St. Monthly rent starts at $2,100 with incentives. They do so along with property marketing and leasing agents, which are marketing directors.
Amenities in the building include rooftop club rooms with bars and billiards, opening up to New York City Skyline fire pits, lounge seating and a vast outdoor terrace with views, according to a news release. Residents also have access to a first-floor courtyard with grills and dining areas, a modern fitness centre, coworking spaces, private meeting rooms and a pet spa.

Additionally, management is offering site garage parking with concierge services, package lockers and electric vehicle charging stations, and Hampshire is the future of the building’s future retail space, with approximately 9,000 square feet of ground level retail space. It refers to shops and restaurants.
“We are pleased to announce that James E. Hanson II, CEO and President of Hampshire COS, said: , we are proud to continue that momentum, and we invite more residents and businesses to experience everything Hackensack has to offer. ”
MVMK is the architect of the project.
