Hamas said it will release three hostages on schedule this weekend to save the fragile ceasefire agreement with Israel.
Hamas has halted the release of hostages after accusing Israel of breaching its ceasefire duty, including delaying the return of Palestinians to Gaza, struggling across the enclave and blocking humanitarian access.
The move could dramatically escalate tensions in the region after it was revealed that Israel is considering attacks on Iran’s nuclear site this year, according to the US intelligence agency.

Two British arrested in Iran on security charges – State media
