JLL has secured sales for Wesley Place, a 244-unit luxury apartment community just north of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.

Completed in 2023, Wesley Place offers a modern living experience with high-end interior finishes and a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, outdoor kitchens, and pet spas. The community is also eligible for a surcharge tax reduction starting in 2025.
