BANGKOK, 13 August 2024: Dusit International, Thailand’s leading hotel and property developer, has signed an agreement with King Square Development Co., Ltd. to manage Dusit Suites King Square Bangkok and King Square Residences, a luxury hotel and residential project due to open in 2026.
King Square Development Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok-based real estate company established by Saha Group Tokyu Co., Ltd. and King Square Suites Co., Ltd.
The signing ceremony was attended by executives from Dusit International, Saha Group and Tokyu Corporation.
Located on Rama III Road in Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, next to King’s College International School, the two properties are part of a brand new lifestyle complex that also includes a community mall.
Dusit Suites King Square
Serving as both a serviced apartment and a hotel, Dusit Suites King Square Bangkok will comprise 60 rooms and 49 spacious serviced suites, ranging from comfortable twin rooms to spacious two-bedroom suites.
Committed to providing comfort and convenience for both short-term and long-term guests, each fully-furnished serviced suite features a range of homely comforts, including plush sofas, widescreen TVs and kitchenettes. Amenities include a large pool, a dedicated kids’ club and bright, airy co-working spaces. An all-day restaurant offers healthy, delicious meals at any time of the day. Meeting rooms and private lounges offer flexible spaces to work, rest and play.
Kings Square Residences
In addition to hotels, Dusit will also operate the luxury residential development, Kingskua Residences, managed by Dusit Hospitality Services, a wholly owned subsidiary established to leverage the extensive experience of the Dusit Hotel team to provide facilities, management and other services to the luxury residential market in Bangkok and beyond.
Reflecting King Square Development Company Limited’s commitment to building a “caring community”, King Square Residences has been designed to provide an ideal urban retreat for families and busy professionals. The 52-storey tower will feature 222 units ranging from spacious one-bedroom units (60-73 sqm) to three-bedroom homes (169-296 sqm), penthouses and duplex penthouse options (starting from 324 sqm).
Shared facilities include a swimming pool, barbecue terrace, communal kitchen, private dining space, a children’s playroom adjacent to the lawn, a basketball court and private meeting spaces. Dusit Suites King Square in Bangkok will be Dusit’s ninth hotel in Bangkok and the company’s second to combine a hotel and serviced suites (after Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri in Bangkok).
