Spanish World Champion soccer players are the first witnesses in the Rubiares trial over kissing, where he is forced to be sexually assaulted.
She told the Madrid court as follows:
Rubiares kissed the athlete with a medal ceremony for the World Cup victory in Australia, caused a protest, and caused a major controversy. He denies fraud.
Elmos told the court that she had never given permission to kiss and felt “neglected” as a woman.
“I greeted the queen and greeted her daughter. The next thing was to meet Rubiless.”
Elmos said that she and the chairman of the Royal Spanish Football Federation were celebrating.
“The next thing I did was grabing me with my ears and kissing my mouth.”
“I didn’t hear or understand anything,” she said.
She continued: “I only kiss my lips when I decide.”
“Nobody came to ask me what I was,” she told the trial on Monday after kissing.
The soccer player said she felt “completely abandoned by the Federal Wealth.”
Ermos explained that she continued to celebrate the “biggest achievement” of her life with her teammates.
“There was no place for me to cry or lie in the corner of the dressing room.”
Other players initially caught the incident before one. Irene Paledes intervened to say, “Stop, this is serious.”
Hermoso said that he was separated right after the kiss and asked him to agree to the statement that minimized the incident, but refused.
She added that Rubiless was accused of assaulting social media and asked him to record a video with him on his house.
“I said no, I wouldn’t do anything, this was not the cause.”
She said that people were living around Rubiar during the flight and saw his daughter crying.

Prosecutors are seeking 47 -year -old Rubiares to be sentenced to one year for sexual assault.
They also call for one and a half years to be sentenced to force.
Rubiares denies the price.
At that time, Rubiless said that the kiss was based on the agreement and accused the so -called witch hunting by “fake feminism” before his perspective.
Three of his former colleagues have been accused of forcing Hermoso to say that the kiss has agreed.
The World Cup winner’s coach Jorge Wilda, the former Federal leader Ruben Libera, and the former sports director Albert Luk have denied accusations.
Immediately before the trial began, the Spanish Minister Ana Redundo thanked Elmos for the “courage” in X’s post.
The trial will be executed until February 19th.
