The US Department of State’s Christian employee organizations have been stopped unexpectedly, and leadership has been instructed to stop all program activities immediately.
According to the internal email obtained by the Guardian, Grace, a resource group of employees established between the first Trump administration to promote the religious diversity in diplomatic organizations, temporarily, a global human resource management business. It is instructed to stop.
The group’s president, Cart Finry, has notified the members of the Misabu that the organization will suspend all “ministries and programs” until the organization further reserves the department.
“We have promised additional guidance in the future,” Finley wrote in email.
Donald Trump has cultivated unprecedented access to the gospel Christian leaders during his first term and turned government agencies into a platform for religious conservative ideology.
The State Department was a specific focus of this religious re -adjustment under the Secretary Mike Pompeo (the gospel Christian who frequently intertwined between diplomatic strategies and personal religions).
Sudden suspension is the latest approach of the government’s new approach to dismantling DEI’s Initiative and comprehensive workplace network, indicating what happens to the affinity group based on religion in the federal workplace.
“The future of grace as an employee organization of the State Affairs is uncertain, but I am impressed by knowing that God’s sovereignty is certain,” Finley wrote in email.
The Spokesman of the Ministry of State did not return a comment.
